- What is included in every plan?
- All plans include fleet scheduling, student self-service booking, the “Find a Time” feature, course syllabi, instructor sign-off tools, digital maintenance logs, and AD compliance tracking.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your fleet plan or AI add-on from Settings → Billing at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
- Each plan includes a set number of seats (students, instructors, and mechanics all count). Additional users beyond that allowance are billed at the per-seat rate shown.
- Is there a free trial?
- You can start with the LSA plan at no base cost — 1 aircraft, 1 seat, with full access to scheduling, syllabi, and maintenance features.
- Can I use the AI add-on without a fleet plan?
- Yes. The AI Crew add-on is fully independent and can be subscribed to alongside any fleet plan.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- All major credit and debit cards via Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles tax collection in supported jurisdictions.
